Where would we be without our eyes? No colours, no sunsets, movies, people, planes, sport, art. Imagine not being able to see the faces of your loved ones?

Welcome to the Lions Save-Sight Foundation, in Perth  Western Australia.

From humble beginnings in 1964, the Foundation has grown to become the leading volunteer eye health organization in Australia. Established by the Lions Clubs of Western Australia its sole purpose for being is in the prevention and treatment of eye disease.

From little acorns, big things grow.

Through hard work, generosity and determination to end debilitating eye disease and blindness the Lions Clubs of WA together with the Foundation worked towards the establishment of the Lions Eye Institute in 1974.
